After having a couple of bad experiences with mortgage brokers who tried to charge me an arm and a leg for their services, Jake was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

He explained everything in a clear and easy to understand way. He stayed in touch throughout the process and always updated me if the rates have dropped and I could get a cheaper product. He was also very helpful and patient when I was asking a load of questions.

Jake also recommended a solicitor that has saved me hundreds of pounds. Overall 10/10 service - do not hesitate to get in touch with him!

Jake went above and beyond to help us with the mortgage process and with life insurance. We were recommended Jake by numerous people coincidentally and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor.

As first time buyers me and my partner didn’t know where to start and we got messed over with the first financial advisor we used first time around which lost us our new build. We were so nervous to try again and didn’t think we were going to be able to get on the property ladder but then we were recommended Jake, thanks to him he gave us a completely different experience and made our house buying process so easy. From start to finish Jake has been nothing but helpful and professional. He made everything so easy and clear to us, and certainly made our experience buying a house stress free on his part. Jake was recommended to me whilst I was looking into purchasing my home. He was professional, polite and personable from our first communication and his standards never dropped. The information he provided was accurate and done in a timely manner. From the offset he was thorough in his information gathering but his excellent interpersonal skills took the edge off if how intrusive it can feel when being quizzed abour your finances.

My partner and I began looking for a house over 2 years ago, and had one fall through last minute, but finally we are now settled in and happy in our new home.

From day one we worked with Jake and truly I don't think we could've done it without him- he was flexible for our bizarre shift patterns but also explained everything to us every step of the way. We were compete novices but to have Jake to talk things through with as well as get into the details and find us the best rates was more than we could ever have asked for.

He made it so straightforward and stress free for us, and was always on hand to help us when we needed it.
