BEWARE !!

I was with James insurance for a couple years and things were fine when I was a customer, I had a pending claim when I left James insurance.
The claim was in April, the police did an investigation and found that it wasn't me who hit the car.
This was 6 months after so I relayed this information back to James insurance and I heard nothing back from them, I then rang James to get an update and they said they would send an email but nothing came.
I have now emailed James to get an update after another 3 months of waiting and the response was SHOCKING, he basically told me to go away now I am no longer a client.

There were more emails he then sent with a bit more abuse which I decided not to reply.

I would advise all to be careful when discussing with James, they only help you if you are a client.
