I had a very specific cover request as I had to get a public liability cover for the alternative treatments I am offering. The difficulty was that the therapy is totally unknown in the UK with no history, no data for the insurance companies to look at and little reference to understand what it is all about. After lots of research and dialogue with numerous companies, Clare managed to get one of them to offer me the cover I needed. I am very appreciative and impressed as I thought at some point I may have to go without.
