What a superstar from start to finish! I was purchasing a property that fell through, Jim had already done so much for me; upon round 2 of purchasing (considerable time later) Jim honoured the fee paid initially and again got straight to work on finding me a great deal. Not only does Jim provide a high quality service for great value, his knowledge and expertise has been invaluable, additionally his response rates and going ‘above and beyond’ would make me only ever use Jim again and I’d recommend him to family, friends, etc, who required his services. The fact he’s got a purely 5 star review is a testament to the passion Jim has for his work and the outputs received by his clients. If I’m ever in the area Jim, I definitely owe you a pint!
