I have my stuff in long term crate storage here. I came by to get some things out of the crates and had a great experience. I booked the visit via email. When I arrived Ricky greeted me, helped me open the crates, and even brought me a cold drink. My goods had been collected last year, and I hadn't seen them put into the crate. They had boxed up some loose items and everything looked great. I've only had positive experiences with them and would highly recommend. All the staff I've met have been really helpful and lovely.

Never use this company I am going to call the police for CCTv
Half my stuff has been stolen! Sentimental things and all my antiques! Half my furniture is missing and a whole box of kitchen item things! I’ve been crying so much because I made art that was stolen!!! Two of my boxes have been opened and resealed! Taken all my light fixtures shelves all kitchen appliances and crystal glasses! I do not recommend this company after offering me £200 !!! I took insurance to cover only £1000 of stuff and they said I would get nothing from that! I’m so so sad I hope know one goes with this company

Excellent both storage & removal company. We went to JamVans this morning as we needed to check our storage, as we haven’t been there since the pandemic & we were very impressed in their professionalism & personal approach. Unlike self storage companies where you are left to your own devises, JamVans work in a very different and far more effective way! Waiting to help us in their warehouse was a member of personnel, Ricky, who assisted us the entire time we were there, he was a great support and is a wonderful advertisement for JamVans. Many thanks

Jamvans packed my two bedroom flat up the day before and moved us the next day. The team were reassuringly efficient, quick, personable and very careful to follow all my requests. Moving is stressful and the team really helped make the pre moving and moving day less son. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

We booked this company on the day we were moving due to unforeseen circumstances; and fortunately they managed to pull a team together to assist with the loading and getting our belongings to our new home. They were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a removal company.

I can't recommend enough - Dylan and his team turned up promptly, were really friendly and set to work immediately which definitely helped our stress levels! Everything was handled with care, nothing damaged, and when people ask how the move went we can't quite believe it when we say "really well, thanks". Would definitely use again.

This is the second time I have used Justin's team at Jam Vans.
Triple WOW (and 5 stars) from me for:
1) Stuart's virtual survey - who incredibly predicted exactly the right amount of packaging for the move.
2) Kirsty for her brilliant co-ordination & flexibility for all the logistics and
3) Terrific trio of Matt, Kev & Michael .
They were brilliant - how professionally and quickly we were loaded up. They kept me calm & sane on an emotional & exhausting day. Great sense of humour, SO helpful. How they managed the stairs to my new flat without moaning and still smiling - and put wardrobes & beds together so by the time they left it felt like home and I actually missed them!!!

Awful service. Don’t book these guys for your moving day. They haven’t sent enough people to manage our move and they damaged all of our items. They caused delays during the moving day and they did not even finish the job leaving us to off load the van and rebuild our wardrobe as they couldn’t figure out how to do it. Poor customer service as well, trying to get a refund for the poor service and they are ignoring my requests.
