I have been with Jane Smith since about 1996 when I was concerned to save and plan for retirement in the most efficient way, through, now, many years of retirement during which those funds have been managed. I have been a client through all the changes from it being just Jane, excellent though she was, to Nicola joining and eventually it becoming the substantial firm it now is with Chartered status and CISI accreditation. As the firm has grown it’s apparent that staff development is key to its success. If Nicola is unavailable there is always someone competent who is, but she is still very hands on which is also a comfort.
