Fantastic company!!! I Cannot recommend them enough!!!! After being told by my building surveyor that the house I was purchasing had Japanese Knotweed I rang Stephen in a panic, he asked for me to forward pictures and upon receiving them Stephen rang me straight back with the good news it wasn’t what the building surveyor had thought it was. I then asked just for peace of mind if he would go and have a look, Stephen went the next day and confirmed it wasn’t Japanese knotweed. His report was really informative and his help and advice was absolutely fantastic all the way. If it hadn’t been for Stephen I wouldn’t have continued with the sale. Can 100% recommend this company! In spite of living 300 miles away my I contacted Steve about an infestation near to my elderly mothers property.

He was highly knowledgeable, professional, courteous and acted with the utmost integrity.

I was thoroughly reassured my situation was not so dire having discussed it with him at length. I feel so lucky to have found Ste, as he is extremely professional and efficient. He came to investigate our issue the day after our initial call, and we quickly finalized an action date and plan. Needed a treatment plan for Japanese knotweed as I was selling my property. I didn't know where to begin until someone recommended this company. Stephen was absolutely brilliant. He explained the procedure and arranged to visit and survey the area. He was extremely efficient, polite and went the extra step by offering to meet with my buyer to talk him through the treatful plan and ease his concerns. All done and dusted within two days. Excellent service today from Stephen - I called him regarding a huge concern I had in my garden and within 10 minutes, he had reviewed my pictures and confirmed that I 100% did not have Japanese Knotweed.

This was a huge relief, not only for the result, but how timely this was and he also did not charge me to do this. Other companies wanted £300 plus to just come out and Stephen did this free of charge.
