Last year I took a phv insurance with Jb brokers they had a great service Kieron dealt with it and was very helpful then in march this year I had a claim which is still pending not settled yet and now my renewal is up which they quoted me a price of just over £2600 which I was happy with but at the time I didn’t have my card details so I told them I will ring back with my card details which I did the next day and the price just shot up to £2975 which I didn’t understand why they told me it was a mistake from there side but I still took the insurance out with them at the higher price but when they sent me my documents via email but when I went through the statement of fact document's I could see they did not highlight the pending claim wth the provider which clearly was reported to them now each time I ring I get fobbed of to different people with different stories in the company but no one is giving me the correct information and am worried the provider might cancel my insurance for that purpose or put the premium high even tho I was getting around about the same quote from a different provider am providing a photo to see clearly the claim is not on it only the non fault claim is on that which was back in 2021
