Jenner Building Services Run by Mr Mark Warren and His wife Jane Warren AKA Jane Murray and both have been made bankrupt for sums totalling over £25 Million.

We made a loan to Mr Warren and his company "Jenner" through a company called "Hardacre Funding Solutions Ltd" for the refinancing and legal fees of land next to his home.( NB all named companies are run from this property, and are registered at this address.) On the foot notes of some of the official "Hardacre" paperwork in my possession it states "Trading as Jenner Properties".
In October 2021 a full page advert appeared in the Western Daily Press, saying:- "Strategic Trading has acquired the trading name of Jenner Property Services.
Now, another company - Strategic Trading Ltd is looking for investors on the same piece of land that I invested in, and is ACTIVELY SEEKING INVESTORS. - Therefore are these companies all connected? In my two month investment contract, Warren claimed planning permission would be granted within two months. What he forgot to tell us was that planning permission hadn't even been applied for.! He had duped us with some planning documents from an even older project -which he had had the planning WITHDRAWN on. So where did my money go?
Mr Warren claimed to have moved it into a failing building project in another Ltd company - without any written agreement from myself. The original land that I invested in was never developed, or refinanced so therefore Warren should still have had my money. He never returned it.
Mr Mark George Jenner Warren and his wife still live and operate from this property and therefore I post this review to warn others before they invest their money.
