Paul and the team were amazing with my broken engagement ring. Despite insurance company refusing to repair Paul investigated the best way for me to repair the ring and sorted it all quickly and for a very reasonable price. He even CAD designed a brand new ring from scratch as none of the pre-made rings were exactly what I wanted. The ring is beautiful and I couldn’t be more impressed and happy.
