I first engaged with John to help me with my personal accounting and provide tax advice as a sole trader at the start of 2013. John understands that not everyone is an accountant which I found really helpful as everything was explained very simply and clearly - I always know where I stand and what is expected of me. I have changed to John Falcon and his small team recently after many years with another accountant who overlooked an important and costly issue. They have so far completed a VAT return and our tax return. The software they now have to use under the government's "Making everything digital" scheme is straight forward also for a digitial non native like myself. Any beginner problems and John will send you a mini personalized video to support you. I like their mixture of professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended!
