Yet another day has gone by and they still cannot provide a single response.

If they actually spoke to me and acknowledged me then we would be in a much better place.

This company will tell you you have the best rate but it won't be. Whatever the best commission is will be the best rate.

Could have all been avoided if they just replied to an email.

Poorly run from top to bottom. Avoid if you can plenty of other brokers to apply at. Even better if you apply direct with lenders and get accepted it is usually a lower rate and these guys don't get the commission.

I look forward to a response tomorrow Kevin. Also still awaiting a call from Habib as to why he called my employer threatening the advisor and why he has been allowed to just get away with it.

Pleasant experience arranging the finance on my new car for me - unfortunately the issue came afterwards when a lady simply questioned why I could not provide my bank details in an open office and turned very rude when I asked to call her in 3 days time when I would be working from home to set up payment for gap insurance. I will be taking a gap insurance policy out elsewhere. I cannot believe that they would talk to a paying customer like that.

SCAM STAY CLEAR. Begged me to take warranty out with my new car soo I stupidly did. 5 Months kater the car broke of no fault of my own but of the garage that sold me it. Said id pay something towards the repairs but declined to help me in any way. Warranty declined due to me having 4 new tyres after the garage sold me a car with 4 bald tyres fitted and an airbox for better air flow fitted to the car. It was a transfer box issue. Save your money and don”t get scammed. Andy Gibson is the person I spoke to, was fine when he was taking my money, now wants no part of it.

I’m sick of Jigsaw salesmen calling me, trying to sell me extra stuff. When I politely decline they don’t take no for an answer and try to call me back and wear me down. They were great with the initial financing but now it’s become irritating

Since you can't put zero stars, let this one go towards a smooth purchase process and how extremely nice everyone is while everything is going well. At first, I didn't want to write anything here, but seriously, for the past six months, every single month I've still been so, so upset. Purchased the car on April 5th, 2024; after 5 months, had to hand the car back to the dealer for good due to so many issues along the way, and the final was that the car needed a new engine block. I had purchased a BUMPER warranty through the Jigsaw but never used it, as the dealer dealt with the car issues themselves. So, since I was not owning the car anymore, I was hoping that Jigsaw would cancel my BUMPER warranty and payments, but hey ho, six months later I'm still paying £39.99 every month. Jigsaw couldn't care less that it wasn't my fault, and the dealer accepted full liability and took the car back. I contacted BUMBER directly, also Warranties2000, but they also couldn't help as the purchase had been made through Jigsaw. I understand that there are terms and conditions, but every case should be looked into individually. Literally stealing my hard-earned money. 7 months x £39.99 = £279.93, and all this absolutely for nothing. Shameful money-stealing establishment!
