Jo has been amazing. I went with what I thought was just candida and gut related issues, and after a few sessions, we uncovered that a lot of it was actually thyroid related. She really does work hard to get to the root of the problem, offering sage advice about food and its preparation, that you put into practice and she continues to tweak it alongside supplements until something really makes a difference in your health. After many years of flailing around with useless medication from the GPs and being treated for multiple symptoms and not the underlying issue, I finally have control of my health and have managed to get off much-unneeded medication.
