John was recommended to me as very knowledgeable with equity release/lifetime mortgages. After our initial phone call and John's visit to Gloucestershire, I felt at ease with the whole process. My case didn't go quite to plan (due to a 3rd party), the timescale went out the window and I had so many questions, but John was patient, understating and compassionate, he answered all my questions and there was a lot, but we did get there in the end. I felt the service John provided made me feel more like a friend than a customer and knowing John will be there in the future is very reassuring.
