Ashley nettleton served as my broker for my first house, he was absolutely fantastic and always available with quick and concise reply’s, working around my 8am-4pm work schedule. He secured me a great mortgage, explained everything very well and seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing.

I will note, the costs are definitely a little higher than other local branches. That said, I think the service was exceptional.

Jones & Chapman, Greasby what an amazing team and I can’t recommend them enough.
From the moment I met with Claire who valued the house and gave excellent advice, was honest and friendly, I knew I had made the right choice.
It could have potentially been a challenging process as I live in a different part of the country, but Jackie and the wider team made the process stress free. Jackie is very professional, knowledgeable, provided support, is incredibly friendly and approachable. Communication was key and I was kept informed at all stages of the sale.
