Excellent service. Gave all my financial details for my various company pension forecasts and my other incomings. Listed my outgoings. Jordan gave me a rundown of how best to utilise the pension lump sumps to clear some debts, have some savings and advice for setting up ISA's for my grandchildren and great grand child. Jordan is really knowledgeable and good at his job. I was nervous at first, as I had never invested my money before, or thought about income protection/ consolidating my pensions and I wasn't sure what to expect. Jordan talked me through a few different options and gave me time to think about what was best for me, while also providing me with all the information I needed. He sent me a questionnaire to assess what my risk tolerance is and that helped me decide what I wanted to invest in. Speaking to a good financial advisor really opened my eyes about things wasn't even aware of, such as income protection for if you get sick or injured and can't do your job for a while. I would highly recommend Jordan if you want someone to help you organise your finances and give you clear and unbiased advice.

I didn't have a clue how pensions worked until a met up with Jordan. He explained everything to me in simple terms and made me confident in transferring my pension over to Quilter.
