Earlier this year, I was lucky enough to be working with Josh's brother and we were talking about mortgages. He said he was fortunate that his brother was a financial advisor so was able to sort his first mortgage for him and his partner. I asked if I could have his details as my wife and I were looking to move house. When I contacted Josh he was more than happy to help and achieved a mortgage for us that we were thrilled with, even during the midst of the meltdown we seem to be experiencing at the moment. I first met Josh via WhatsApp. I must admit I did not know what to expect, more from myself. I needed a mortgage offer, but though my age was against me. I did not need to worry, Josh talked me over the process and made me feel totally at easy, he was friendly, very polite and professional, of which made me feel I had selected the right company and person to help me.

To be honest, I gave Josh my requirements and within days he had several very good offers on the table. I have since taken up one of the very good offers and moved in to my house.
