I would give zero stars but I can't! They may be cheap but there is a reason for that! This is the answer I received: We will not refund because.....'Section 2: Cancellation.' This states 'What is not covered...Any claim as a result of the failure in provision of any service connected with Your trip including error,omission,financial failure,or default of, or by the provider of any service,travel agent,tour operator or organiser through whom the trip was booked.' SO EVERYTHING! SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING THEM What a con!
Forgot to mention they only replied because I chased them for two months, pay more and get a proper service.
