Bonnie has been a brilliant help to us. We needed advice over the Christmas period to help us secure an offer on a house, and she was able to jump on the phone with us to help us better understand our situation and what we could afford mortgage-wise. After that offer fell through she was able to quickly pivot with us to a new property to get us the information we needed. Bonnie Thurlow was an absolute star. When we were having trouble getting appointments to port our mortgage direct with our bank Bonnie offered to take this on and the personal nature of her work on it was brilliant. She was clear about what was required throughout and completed all her elements super quickly, especially over the Christmas period.
