We met Chelsea Braddock at the Hucknall branch of Just Mortgages. We were not sure of which direction to go in, with regards to a 'family mortgage'. Chelsea put us completely at ease. Fantastic service!
As a first time single buyer, it can be a bit overwhelming figuring out on your the property market works and what options are best suited for you.
I had met with a different mortgage adviser a week prior. However, I quickly realised that I still had a lot of knowledge gaps during my first meeting with Just Mortgages.
Chelsea was concise but completely thorough, only highlighting relevant information and would explain in detail if needed. She was always looking to get me a better deal than I was quoted with my previous broker.
I am pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend 💯.

Chelsea is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! We’ve been trying to get on the property ladder for well over 2 years now. We’ve had nothing but bad luck after falling into the hands of an horrendous mortgage advisor. Myself and my partner are really anxious people, especially when it comes to things like this, that we have no clue about and are out of our control. But with Chelsea nothing was so much for her, we were given honesty, support, a person who genuinely cares and wants to help us get to where we want to be. We felt at ease straight away and we had more answers in an hour with her than we have had in the entire 2 years.
