Great support from Rachel in getting a remortgage with multiple virtual calls suited around my schedule. Nothing seemed to be too much bother and everything was undertaken in a friendly and professional manner. She always put the best options to me when rates were unstable and even though it meant she didn't get commission, she advised that sticking with my existing supplier was better than going through a new supplier.
