Relatively easy process on line. Accidentally missed declaring 1 medical condition. Phoned up, didn’t have to hold for too long. Agent added the medical condition after a couple of questions and without added cost. Obviously can’t comment on any other aspect of the insurance eg how easy is it for someone to make a claim when necessary?

Used company for years, like other customers, fine till you have to make a claim, they give you the run around and lie.
Would never use again and would recommend no one else does, they don’t pay out. Customer actually died when should have been on holiday they don’t care

First class firm and service,lovely helpful staff if you have to speakto them, not used the service as yet, but thats the reason to get it, in case, always straight forward and the price is right for this old person, with nedical problems used for years,, they must be good as they dont advertise like all the others, i recomend them

Was shocked when I went through the usual comparison sites with prices of £150 for two week cover. I have a minor health condition which is under control and because I take an, essentially, preventative statin I was being outrageously penalised.

Just Travel gave a reasonable quote which cost around what I would have expected without any health conditions. The website is easy to use and documents readily retrieved once signing up for an account. So, so far, so good!
