So glad I decided to use JW homes after they were recommended to me. From the first point of contact to the completion of sale, Lesley and Howard provided an excellent service. My home was sold super quickly and at the time they weren't even using big platforms to advertise!

The expertise of Howard and his eye for detail when capturing the best parts of our home to use in a short video caught so much attention and the level of his professionalism is unmatched.

Lesley kept in regular contact to ensure the sale was progressing and was always very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Extremely helpful, quick to respond, and goes out of her way to help in your search for a property. I have found other estate agents somewhat slow in their communication, Rachel however is on the ball....thorough, friendly, helpful and cannot do enough

Overall JW homes have been an OK company to rent from with ups and downs over the three years of tenancy.

Positives: JW homes made it easy and pleasant for myself and my partner to get into the rental market. The estate agent (Howard) was very friendly and helpful when viewing the property and vacating the property and couldn’t thank him enough.
The house was close to work and rail links into Cardiff.

Negatives: The property that we lived in suffered in some problems which we found very hard to resolve with individuals at JW homes. The lack of support and communication wasn’t professional and could have been improved with a couple of the residents on the street agreeing. This made resolving issues hard/uncompleted.

Overall, we loved living at the property for 3 years, it was unfortunate that the negative draw backs resulted in myself and my partner to move out and buy an house.

I would like to mention a big thank you to Howard again for making the transition of moving out easy and professional.

Awful experience of renting with this company. At the end of our tenancy the landlord tried to keep over half of the bond to repaint a few walls which hadn't been painted white. The house was left in exceptionally clean condition and better decorative repair than when we moved in. The bully boy tactics used by this company and namely Rachel in trying to get us to accept that they were in their rights were shocking. We were told that the Tenancy Deposit Scheme would certainly not decide in our favour and to accept we had lost some of our bond. However the TDS did indeed decide in our favour and stated that the bond is "not intended for redecorating purposes" .We are to receive every penny back. I would expect a "professional" company to know what was and wasn't included in the TDS , and common sense would suggest they did but tried it on .The constant texts and calls prior to the claim being submitted to the TDS and after being asked not to contact us but leave it to the appeal .amounted to nothing less than harassment. Time for someone to do a refresher course in Property management I think .

Over the last 15/20 years I have rented properties, all but two were through JW homes. We have been both managed & set up with a home with the help of Rachel & Howard. Our last property we lived there for almost 11 years, so it was really lovely to come back & find both Rachel & Howard still working their magic here!
They are supportive & extremely helpful if ever an issue arises. And problems are always resolved as quickly as possible.
Can't recommend highly enough of these two.

Here's to hopefully another 11 years in our new beautiful home thanks to these guys!
