Wonderful people, however extremely misleading. Could not offer a taxi unless booked in advance and due to very few cars and drivers, the booking may be cancelled on the day. You could not call and expect a cab on that day. It’s archaic and as mentioned misleading. There are numerous Norwich firms that are available and cheaper and quicker
