First time using Kangaroo Self Service in Bromborough, and what a fantastic experience.

I saw Suzanne, who was professional, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely informative.

The whole sign up experience was simple, easy and straightforward.
Suzanne was available for all my questions questions, putting me at ease, knowing that my belongings are in good hands.

The set up is fabulous, prices very reasonable, and I would throughly recommend this company.

The storage units are clean and spacious with an easy to use goods lift and access is simple with a code and no nonsense. Well done Roos!

So we had a unit from here for about 18 months.

Let's start with the positives. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Didn't have a bad experience with any of them and they're on the ball. Kelly (sorry if I've got your name wrong), she rides a motorbike is very approachable and helpful.

Another positive is that the staff keep the site very clean, didn't see anything dirty the whole time.

Now for the negative: opening hours. They were reduced while we had the unit and it closes so early that getting there after work in the week is near impossible which is probably costing them business to competitors that open later or 24 hours.

The doors are super annoying. So if unloading a van they need reopening with nearly every item. Which is a massive pain.

The price is about right but don't get the opening hours the other places give for the money.

They have also strangely placed an post drop off self service thing there but placed it inside the gates so once the staff leave it can't be used. That's just a mental management decision but hasn't had a bearing on my review because it is not really related to the rental just thought it was weird and the company should know because it sets a bad impression of Kangaroo if someone comes to use it and they've locked it away.

We haven't been a customer for very long but the service and overall experience has been excellent.

When signing up - we were made to feel welcome and the rules were made very clear. They helped us choose exactly what was the right option for us and not what benefits them which is important and there was no pressure tactics used.

Access is easy to our unit and its everything we need from a facility like this.

Fantastic service. Very secure operation with 24 hour user-code key pad to get in (and out!) of the storage areas, and trolleys and heavy-duty lift to help put your stuff in your unit. Stacey served me, and she could not have been more helpful. My car broke down on the way to the unit, brimming with boxes, and Stacey went above and beyond to help in this crisis. She even stayed after the service's official closing time so I could sign up, get me my code, a padlock etc. Thank you, I'm very grateful - great service with great staff!

I required a temporary storage facility and Kangaroo have been excellent though out the initial enquiry to acquiring a unit today, Sarah expertly initially guided me through the process a couple of weeks ago and Kia & Freddie set me up today including a promotion offer which was gratefully received.The whole process is smooth and the facility is brand new and easy to manage very secure and easy to get to with ample amounts of parking !!! All in All an excellent facility Thanks Guys !!!
