I was referred to Leah Wilkinson for mortgage advice and she has helped me during my house buying journey as a first time buyer. She has provided clear information on the various mortgages available, and additional services including surveys. This has been super useful whilst navigating all the new terms and house buying progress! Leah is always on hand if I have any questions, and is quick with her responses, usually the same day of my email or call. She has been so accommodating, supportive and makes buying a house less stressful. Definitely would recommend Leah for any other first time buyers!

Nick offered my mortgage advice for a property I recently purchased. As this was my first home I was new to the process. As a first time buyer it was a very scary experience! But with the Help of Nick Karl Tatlers mortgage advisor it turned such a stressful experience bearable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Nick. He would keep you updated every step of the way. Answer any questions you’re unsure of, also when explaining things he would make sure you fully understand everything.

He is an absolute credit to this company!

Kev at the Wallasey branch was so helpful and friendly. As a first time buyer I am completely new to the process and he explained everything in a very simple and understandable way. Kev and the team were excellent at contacting me and making face to face appointments work at short notice. I would definitely recommend this service, especially to first time buyers!

Me and my wife have just bought our first house together. We were unsure where to start so asked a few friends for advice and recommendations on someone who could get us started. We were put in touch with Nick Gatti of Karl Tatler (Prenton branch) who organised a meeting with us to look through our options. He explained the process and what he could do and offer us. For two first time buyers we were unsure but he cleared everything up and was always happy to help. He stayed in regular contact with us with regards to what Mortgage offers and life insurances he could apply and access for us. Would highly recommend going though Karl Tatler, all their Prenton employees were friendly and personable. Looking forward to contacting them in a few years when our mortgage term is up.
