As first time buyers, my partner and I were unsure on how the housing game works. We were totally out of our comfort zone from day one and unsure where and what to do when buying our first home. We approached David Wright from KDW in St Albans for our mortgage advice last year, who went on to provide us with an outstanding service throughout the whole mortgage process. We had a long drawn out year due to our chosen properties chains coming and going, mainly taking too much time to reach exchange which is no fault but the buyers. After several months we finally found the one! David's extreme patience and his can do attitude dealt with all our numbering properties and questions along the way, in a very professional manner with no fuss.
