We moved to Kerry London this year for our PII cover, for our company which works in residential enfranchisement. We’re quite an unusual company – in the sense we combine valuation work and project management.

I was keen to find a broker who knew the sector and who could work with to ensure we always had solid cover as the business grows and our work evolves.

Tom Russo took the time to really understand our business and how we were different, and then Kerry’s PI team went out to find a suitable market for us. They came up with a competitive renewal quote in a tough market.

We like to have very tight PII, and Tom and the team were happy to relay further queries and clarifications from us back to the underwriter, to check we had all the t’s crossed and i’s dotted.
