Everyone at Kestrel, but especially Kerry, was unreal from start to finish. Very efficient, friendly and made us feel like we were a priority.
Our property that we were to sell was not in an area they were familiar with, but they were open and honest about it and did everything they could to learn about it and get us a proper valuation and give us the right advice. They were class from the outset.

After we decided to choose Kestrel as our agent, nothing was ever too much trouble. They worked around our teaching schedules to come for photos, despite being a couple of hours round trip. They were really quick at getting them edited and posted online, shared updates regularly on socials and we’re always at the other end of the phone, regardless of time of day. It was like they never switched off.

If we wanted something changing, it was done straight away, wanted some more photos taking, no problem.

When we had received an offer, Kerry made sure it was the best offer she could get for us. An offer we were delighted to accept and kept us in the loop as everything was being sorted from then on.

I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, we wouldn’t shop around for an agent, we know where to go.

I have recently sold my house with kestrel and everyone from the team have been absolultey amazing throughout the whole process.

I gave the lovely Kerry a message when I thought of selling my house and she was just amazing from the start, friendly honest and professional.

Kerry and Sunil helped me get my house up on the market, dealt with my viewings and my offers, both were so professional and kept me in the loop with everything. Both of them knew their stuff and kept me at ease throughout the whole process. The photographs by Evie were just amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better. Such a lovely and friendly team.

It was a tough one to get completed and we hit some hurdles along the way, however the way the team dealt with everything was just so reassuring to me that we can get this done and over the line. I am so so glad I chose kestrel to sell my house.

All the team went above and beyond for me. The managing director Georgina is absolutley amazing at what she does and deserves a special shout out as it definitely hasn’t been easy and has been a long process, but because of Georgina, Kerry, Sunil and the team constantly putting the work in we are over the line.

I could not recommend kestrel estates enough. What an amazing team, I am so grateful for everything I can’t thank you enough!

Georgina was absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend kestrel. To say we had a few hick ups is an understatement with the solicitors and bank but Georgina went above and behind even on her day off she went to my bank to sort things out, as I live in Australia, so with the time difference it was so hard for me to try and sort but Georgina was there for me every step of the way she is truly brilliant and makes sure she gets the results she needs ,this was for my commercial property I was selling . I was also selling my house unfortunately not with Kestrel as it was already up for sale before knowing about Georgina and the difference between the two agents just wow put it this way Georgina has even been helping me and giving me lots of advice with my house sale that the agents we are paying should be doing but there Customer care is shocking so seriously if your thinking of selling I would definitely 100% USE KESTREL Georgina thank you so much you are amazing
