We came to Daniel Stacey for a free mortgage consultation about buying our first house. Daniel was easy to book via the Key Mortgages website and was prompt in providing us with emails regarding documentation he needed from us and further information.

The meeting with Daniel was extremely helpful, informative and accommodating. It started as a phone call but then we moved into a Zoom call which was so helpful as Daniel could show us what he was looking at and clarify any further information. Daniel was able to clarify any legal jargon which we didn’t understand and was patient with us throughout the meeting.

We’d highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a mortgage. He was very clear about any fees involved, how they’re regulated and gave a rough estimate on what to expect outside of mortgage deposit fees also.

If you need a mortgage advisor Daniel Stacey at Key Mortgages is for you!

My partner and I’s circumstances are a bit tricky with me being self employed only for the past 3-4 years and me and my partner being in a long distance relationship; we thought that getting a mortgage might be a bit of a task for us!

But then we were lucky to be recommended Key Mortgages and could not have been happier that we worked with Daniel.

Getting a mortgage in principle was easy!? And even getting the mortgage itself was EASY!? And we simply could not have done it without Daniel

He has been so knowledgeable about knowing what lenders will work for us and what won’t, he has gone above and beyond talking to us outside of normal working hours to suit our busy schedules which we did not expect and completely appreciate. And overall just made a difficult task super simple as Daniel will do all the leg work for you.

Not only is he exceptionally good at his job but he’s also just a lovely human being and it has been a pleasure to have him involved in this important step in our lives.

I really can't thank key mortgages enough! From start to finish they have been fantastic. It has been a long road with many twists and turns but i am now completing tomorrow finalIy! could not have got this far without the help of Daniel who has been a god send.
