We enlisted the help of Clare at Keystone Compliance to give our Health & Safety policy a complete overhaul due to business expansion. She has been professional but very approachable and works with us practically whilst ensuring compliance. She has always been on hand for advice and her involvement recently has been paramount in us achieving our FORS accreditation. As a co-owner of an SME that has had to adjust fast during the pandemic for our client's needs, we found the services of Keystone Compliance to be just what we needed. Many people are now home-working and this will no doubt be the trend for the future, but it is so important as employers to ensure that we are compliant with home working regulations. Clare was fantastic at setting up zoom meetings with each staff member of ours whilst sat in their own homes to ensure that they were working in an environment conducive to their needs. A full report was sent through for each one and we were able to determine what equipment (if any) was required to ensure they are comfortable in their job. The employees were also grateful that it showed that we care about their welfare and that everything was being done to provide them with the correct tools to do the job. Clare was very professional throughout and we have continued to work with her as our company expands. We highly recommend the services that she provides, especially in the world that we find ourselves working in now.

Clare is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time. We had a host of health and safety issues (!) and she calmly worked her way through each one providing practical guidance on how we could improve. She came down on site several times to see things for herself and liaised directly with the Council for us as she spoke the same language (unlike us!) Nothing was too much trouble. Not sure how we would have tackled everything without her to be honest!

Because of the take over in the company that's happened recently Clare has come in and had a massive task to put us back onto track which was a task in its self and is very much appreciated.

DG Scott have been working with Keystone Compliance for over a year, in that time the service has been second to none and at a lot of times at short notice. Keystone has completed site safety assessments/visits, safety audits and updating of all RAMS and health and safety documentation.
