I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from KGM Underwriting Services Limited. My car was stolen four months ago, and despite submitting all necessary documentation promptly, I am still waiting for my claim to be processed. The lack of communication and transparency has been frustrating, and every attempt to get an update has resulted in vague responses and further delays. I expected better service and reliability from a company of this stature. I would not recommend KGM Underwriting Services Limited to anyone looking for timely and efficient handling of their insurance claims.

Appalling customer service and a terrible cancellation policy. I had classic vehicle insurance underwritten by KGM but provided through a broker. I sold the car and wished to cancel my insurance. I was just outside my 14 day cancellation window after renewal (by a matter of hours) so KGM applied a cancellation fee which amounted to almost 70% of the cost of cover. After the broker took their fee I was given a whopping £1.88 refund. 14 days insurance cover has ended up costing me £120 for a limited mileage classic policy. This company are daylight robbers and should be avoided at any cost.

Worst company to Handel your claims ever. Their client has hit my car whilst parked And they’re refusing to pay for my damages and not even tell me why is that. They asked me to go through my insurance company yet I already told them I have third party coverage only so my insurance can’t get involved as it was their drivers fault as my car was hit whilst parked. Costumer services are the most useless people they are so rude the only thing they’ll tell you is that you need to wait And hang up on you with an attitude they have given me so much stress I don’t even want to talk to them anymore. Will leave it for another 1-2 weeks if it doesn’t get resolved will have to pay a solicitor to get involved.

I thought it was just me being unlucky .. they wanted to cancel my trade policy after 6 months , gave me a totally crazy demand for trading paper work which would have been hundreds n hundreds of pages , on a Fri night with 7 days to do it . Gave them statements and it wasn’t good enough ….. spent time on the phone to my broker and they could t even get hold of kgm … now I’ve found all these reviews it just screams scam !!

Absolutely shocking service, zero investigation into a fraudulent injury claim, no witness contacting and if ored evidence supplied.

Suspected scam company attempting to rise up insurance costs and claim part of the revenue the industry keeps generating for itself.

Avoid at all cost, along with Adrian Flux & Bikesure.

Awful experience. Will cancel your policy at will, left me driving around uninsured for 2 weeks due to a brokers "error"

My motorbike was hit while parked in a motorbike only bay .no fault claim yet this company are refusing to value my bike as a Ltd edition and only willing to pay out as a standard model stay away from this company.

Awful experience, cancelled my insurance just because I live in a static caravan on a gypsy park, charged me a cancellation fee when it wasn’t even my choice to cancel the policy
