I was fairly sceptical when I was contacted by this company as I had a bad previous experience with another company that promised to get compensation for hearing loss. However Kinetic did what they said and were professional in all the dealings I had with them. The claim took a lot longer than I expected but I think that was more to do with the MOD that were slow to respond. The only criticism I have is that there were long periods when there was no communication or updates on progress but overall I would recommend this company.

Please DO NOT USE this law firm for your personal injury claims. My husband had his accident in August 2021 and we have still not got a settled claim. We are constantly waiting for an update from UMAIMA MULLA who is very unprofessional on the phone in the time she appeals to her clients. When we call we get told we will email you an update but nothing. They don’t treat you properly and in the end they make it out as it’s your fault.
I have never experienced so much frustration from a law company and at the end of the day they will be getting paid but don’t seem to be doing the work. The personal injury department is very unprofessional and do not complete their work without you calling up and chasing constantly, like we have and are still waiting for an update.
I would NEVER recommend this law firm and have informed all family and friends it’s not worth it.
