This is the best solicitors around. Tony hunt is very professional but really easy to talk to at the same time, made me feel at ease through out my divorce because it can be a frightening and emotional time yet made me feel at ease and less afraid. His secretary Lyn is always so polite friendly and very helpful. Thank you for all your time and help during this difficult period for me. I found Kitson Boyce initially friendly and professional and they were instructed to make a Will. If you are making a Will and have any vulnerabilities (or for a friend or relative with vulnerabilities) I would not use Kitson Boyce. I found this at out too late unfortunately.

I found Mr Hunt to be totally professional and straight to the point.
I hope I do not need a Lawyer for a repeat performance, but will use Kitson Boyce( Mr Hunt) without question.

Not a very good experience. Friendly people but not easy to get hold of when you need to speak to someone. Always too busy with 'other cases' or on holiday. I had to correct many mistakes they had made. I would expect a solicitors firm to be proficient in drafting letters. Overcharged me by a considerable sum of money despite quoting me a certain amount and confirming it would not likely go above this. My case felt to me like a side project to them where they were only interested in taking my money. I was however, offered an extremely small discount after raising my dissatisfaction with them. Conclusion: Felt like they had taken on too many clients to pay proper attention to individual clients cases and not transparent with their costs. Be careful! Would not recommend.
UPDATED: Having left a review on here, Kitsons replied to it to see how they could resolve my complaint. I followed this up and I believe it is an automatic reply to make it appear like they have tried to resolve your complaint. It is merely lip service. Once again, be careful.
