Amy has been amazing through the whole process of sorting out my remortgage: she has been able to juggle all the moving parts of the process (which involved more than one mortgage), explained every piece of jargon I didn't understand, stayed in contact with solicitors and helped decode what they were saying. To add to this when it came to sorting documents Amy was happy to make things as easy as possible with drop offs and collections, rather than relying on me having a printer/scanner.

If you are looking for someone to make your mortgage process as hassle free as possible I would recommend Amy unreservedly and will certainly be using her again in the future.
