I needed an asbestos survey for a commercial property and wasn't sure what was involved. I contacted a couple of Asbestos removal companies including Kusten Vorland and choose to use them as they took time to explain the processes involved and when they came out to do the survey they were punctual, courteous and very professional. What a great service.
Katie was quick to respond, detailed and efficient throughout.
She analysed what information we had and clearly outlined what else was needed in order to make an accurate assessment.
Once we had all the information, she was able to turn it around very fast, resolving the matter and saving us a whole world of pain.

As an update, it has been confirmed that there is no Asbestos from my samples taken. Super prompt and considerate from start to finish!

It’s a funny business that this company is in as they are like undertakers, no one wants to need their business!
Once you move beyond this recognition, you want a company that can act fast, be professional and provide support and guidance.
The company were called Friday AM, I spoke with Jonathan, and after discussion around photos sent, he gave his thoughts and I elected to get them booked in to assess my private property.

I got my appointment by the following Monday, the assessor was a great chap, very considerate and was in and out within no time.

Clearly they can’t control if the substances do or don’t contain Asbestos, but if they do, then this company acted fast and provided support when needed.
I have only my given a 4/5 as I am yet to receive the information pertaining to my initial enquiries. In due course I will update this score.

I've used them to remove asbestos roof sheets on my garage. They have been great and professional from the initial contact to completion. I thought it was going to cost me a lot but was surprised finding it wasn't the case. I would use them again but thankfully I don't have any of the nasty stuff left at my property.
