I took my car in on a Monday for a brake pad change but they found another issue with it, they rang Nissan to get a replacement part but was told it would take 8 weeks. They then rang around for hours trying to source a replacement from another source and managed to find one and I drove out on the Wednesday. The staff were incredible at getting my car back to me so quickly and had fantastic communication the entire time.

I had a biggish issue while on the road in my campervan. Everyone at Kwik Fit Amersham was incredibly helpful, informative, very hard working, competent, flexible, kind, and even funny! I really highly recommend them.

I had an appointment booked for 9:15am on Saturday morning (5th July) to replace a tyre, already removed from my car. I called the garage at 8:30am when they opened to explain the situation and arrived a few minutes late (5 max 10min). The guy says “you were late, we’ll try and fix as soon as we can”. At 10am we are still there, with 4 cars in and a few out, and when asked again, the same response “you were late, we’ll replace as soon as we can”. If we hadn’t complained (although I apologise for my brother’s tone, but he was exhausted from a night shift) I am sure they would not take care of it for a few good hours because we were a few minutes late! A job that took literally 5 minutes to do and was well within my time slot. I wonder if I would have a different service if I didn’t have a foreign accent 🤷🏼‍♀️? Anyway, never returning there again!

I went to kwik fit in Amersham on a bank holiday Monday after one of my tyres had a screw and couldn’t hold any air. Despite being the last customer at near to closing time, they were able to change two tyres and offer a 10% discount. I’m so grateful I went there and I love the feel of new tyres. Thank you so much.

Overall I've had a good service from Kwik Fit Amersham. They communicate clearly about issues with my car and how they can be repaired. I recently had the spark plugs replaced and when I collected the car, there was an issue with the turbo which wasn't there when I dropped it off. They took it back the following week and fixed the issue free of charge, which was appreciated.
