Hector helped us during a plumbing crisis where our whole house had to be re-plumbed. After I called to start a claim with insurance he handled everything else with the insurance company. If anyone called me, I referred them to LV Claims and Hector handled all aspects. We worked with the plumbers but he handled the insurance side which took a huge weight off our shoulders because there’s so much lobbying with insurance for what needs to be compensated and Hector fought for what our policy covered. He also set us up with housing while the work was being done and it was a much nicer place than we could have afforded for two weeks while our plumbing was being done. Hector returned all calls and texts in a timely manner. We are so grateful for his services. I would recommend him to anyone facing this situation.

Having a negative and overwhelming experience with plumbing issues is stressful. I called Hector at LV Claims and his explanation of the procces made us feel very confident and provided an outlook of the future. I have never written a review and this one is because the experience was SO SMOOTH, ON TIME, RESPONSIVE, RESPONSIBLE, CLARITY and the result was excellent. I have an open claim since July 2022, he's a fraudulent person to work with and he's affiliate. I still haven't received my insurance settlement my house still not completed, doesn't answer calls or block your number, leave on vacation or emergency trip for a month. And no one to take over while he's gone .

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS GUY. Warning he will rip you off and leave you with a remodel that looks like a kid in highschool did in woodshop. Whatever you do ask around. Regardless if this guy is recommended by another company go with someone else. Also if you do decide to go through Hector get everything in writing, he makes promises and does something completely different from what was said before. Also you wont be able to talk with him after the process starts since he doesnt answer his phone. He sends a friend who isnt a real contractor to do the work while he nets the rest of the insurnace money. So not only does he lie to the insurnace company about work being done he cheats his own friend from money that should go to him.
