Easy to set up BUT
1. Ensure you ask if you have a monthly mileage as it is not written on your policy and they catch you on it after 2 years of excellent driving and no problems.
2. They try to send warnings about blackbox interference when it was stated that MOT and servicing was due.
3. They do not send confirmation on what was said on phone calls to ensure you have evidence when need to contact them again.
4. They do not send warnings that you have reached your mileage limit or excessive and make you pay a fee the following month.

They are not transparent.
