I would give negative stars if it was possible Horrible company PLEASE AVOID
Extremely disappointed with Ladybird Insurance. I paid around £1000 upfront in February 2024. When I changed cars in June, I provided my new details and was assured by a representative that coverage would transfer smoothly. However, in September, I received a notice from the MIB that my vehicle was uninsured.

When I contacted Ladybird, they claimed my new car wasn’t registered and offered no real support—at times even being dismissive. Despite my request, they took over a month to provide a call recording, and their partial refund offer only covered October onward, ignoring months of their oversight. This experience has been frustrating and stressful; I cannot recommend this insurer based on their lack of accountability and poor service.

This insurance company is the worst insurance company you could find. They just take your money and then make it next to impossible to get in contact with them .there online customer portal is a joke, complete was of time. Please don't use this company you will only regret it.

Bought car Insurance from this company. Paid full price had to cancel with the 14 day cooling off period. Charged £179 to cancel within 10 days the cooling off period when i paind 1500 for the whole year. Do not trust this company

This is a horrible company. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would've. The people answering the calls are very unhelpful and don't answer your questions properly. They charge excess money. They charged me £400 in one month simply because I wanted to leave their company. Absolutely unacceptable. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NIT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

AVOID! They’re thieves!!! As soon as my policy went live they ‘found’ lots of extras I had to pay for and of course cancelling wasn’t an option as that was already half of the full policy despite being only two weeks later. You’ll regret doing business with these crooks. AVOID!

Be aware this company is rip you off I need to change the address on my policy they put almost double price on my annual insurance and when I cancelled the insurance they charge me £350 cancellation fee in 2 months time they take from almost £650 deposit and cancellation fee so be aware before you get policy they are brokers and insurance company they don’t deserve even 1 star

Terrible company they cancelled the insurance before it’s even started still charged me cancellation fees charge for something which is not even started they told me you have to pay the cancellation charge even it was the first day not even the 14 days passed they cancelled the policy and charged me for cancellation 0 stars NOT recommend
