Quoted 1 price and the final price they charged had so many more extra bits that they could’ve easily included within the initial quote but what they’ve done is quote the absolute basic price possible then once you’re locked in and towards the end you’ve no choice but to just pay it. Literally only went with these guys cos I was a naive first time buyer and the estate agent said it would be a ‘quicker sale’ through these as the seller was also using another branch of Lanc Law. Communication was poor and I was constantly chasing. I’m sure they aren’t the worst but definitely below average. Bought and sold several houses since had the best experience with another local solicitor.
