Langley House Mortgages are fantastic mortgage brokers. Rob has been brilliant. He made buying our first house a really easy process - responding quickly, setting out the information clearly and answering all our questions. He and the team helped us overcome a delay with the lender and got everything over the line in the required timescales. They also offer an insurance service which is really helpful. I couldn’t recommend Langley House enough. From the first contact with William on day 1 and getting our first mortgage offer, he was nothing but professional and communicated with us constantly throughout the process. Even though the road to completion took nearly 16 months and many more mortgage offers, William was always on hand to answer any questions we had and made the process very easy and stress free!

I came to Langley House after a separation from my former partner meant I was looking to purchase alone with complex forms of income. I had previously approach numerous brokers who were unable to find me a lender. The only option I had on the table was a 7% interest rate with a specialist broker with exorbitant fees. I almost didn't reach out to Langley House as I didn't think they would be able to offer anything different. Gracie was fantastic from the first interaction. She was optimistic and considerate and took the time to listen to my situation in detail and explore all my preferences and concerns fully. Most importantly she was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and maintained excellent communication throughout. I felt totally confident that she was 'on it' at all times. She explained everything to me clearly, took the time to answer my numerous questions and kept me informed constantly. She was efficient, capable and her customer service was head and shoulders above the other brokers I had previously dealt with. She held multiple direct conversations with my lender to talk through the nuance of my situation so that I felt confident making an offer before full application. Once my offer was accepted she continued to work at pace to have my offer approved quickly. I would have left a brilliant review based on her professionalism alone but given that she also found me a great deal that suits my needs and is fee free on her end I couldn't be happier. I would whole heartedly recommend Langley House to anyone looking for a mortgage. 5 stars really isn't enough to express my gratitude.
