This is my second year as a client of Lansdown Insurance Brokers. I was already pleased by Debbie Hunt’s extremely competitive quotations. She is always professional. and extremely courteous.

I recently had a need to make a claim. The insurance company turned out to be a fair-weather friend more interested in the premium, than supporting its clients.

Debbie Hunt of Lansdown Insurance Brokers intervened on my behalf, and tenaciously pressed my case, and after many calls managed to secure my claim in full, plus compensation from the insurance company in respect of their shoddy service.

I have been a client of Lansdown since starting my business in Cheltenham in 1991 and have never had cause to complain, worry or doubt. They always have your back. Anyone using an online insurer believing they will get a cheaper deal needs their head examining, literally in some cases. If you have to buy insurance, I cannot emphasise enough, the value of qualified, experienced personal service. Go nowhere else!

I had not received renewal documentation for House Insurance due early Feb. My query was swiftly passed on to Sam, who, also swiftly, explained that my Direct Debit (which I have not had before) would be automatically renewed, so no renewal documents sent. OK.
