Lauren helped us with our son's tongue tie after several weeks of struggling with his feeding. She was really thorough in her assessment and explained everything really clearly, putting us immediately at ease. She assessed how I was feeding him and gave me some great tips and reassurance. The procedure itself was super quick and we were given all the appropriate information to go away with. Lauren also took the time to check in the following week to see how things had improved.

On top of all the above she suggested we also see an osteopath as he seemed to have some tension in his jaw. We did and it helped massively. Without Lauren suggesting this and without her excellent care and services, we might not have the happy baby we do today.

I would highly recommend to anyone who suspects their baby has a tongue tie or who needs some support with feeding.

I visited Lauren when my baby girl was 3 weeks old, I was struggling my babies latch and needed some guidance in those early vulnerable newborn days as a first time mum. My baby was feeding often and gaining weight but I felt her latch wasn’t great. She would pull off a lot, seemed to be taking in lots of air, getting hiccups & coughing as well as developing reflux and colic.

I visited Lauren in her home based clinic, it was easy to find & park at. The space was warm, calm and welcoming.

Lauren took time to get to know me, my partner & baby. She assessed my little girl for tongue tie. There was no tongue tie so we went through a feed, she talked me through how best to improve my latch and feeding positioning.

She answered any questions we had and took her time with us to make sure we were fully happy with the results.

Since then feeding has been much more straightforward and my girl is much more comfortable. I’m really happy with the service and help we got as a very tired first time parent, I was close on giving up on my breast feeding journey. We’re 9 weeks in now and still going strong.

Lauren followed up later to see how we were getting on. I fully recommend.

The setup is fantastic and Lauren makes you feel so at ease in her home. We went through lots of questions and Lauren gave us a lot of information before assessing our son. She made clear of all outcomes before proceeding with the tongue tie operation which was over in a few seconds and done very quickly and efficiently with very little fuss from our son.
4 days on and our son who couldn't latch is now latching everytime and we no longer have to use formula which is what we wanted so much.
