We were introduced to an application portal which was very easy to use. It is also a simplified application that provides a checklist of the documents required.

The keys were ready on the move-in date and I also received a surprise welcome which consisted of cleaning supplies, emergency maintenance contact, discounts on appliances from different stores, goodies and many more.

Gemma was really helpful through it all. We were also introduced to a property manager after we moved in. Their swift response to emails and how they prioritise urgent requests amazes me.
