My family have been using this company for over 30 years. For the last 5 they have Been absolutely awful. I do not believe they are actual accountants and more like chancers. We have some incredibly important stuff that needs sorting and nobody will help us. We have possibly put 100s of thousands of pounds into this company as loyal customers and they have let us down. Avoid them at all costs

Was with the firm for many years, unfortunately the quality of service declined over the years to what we considered unacceptably poor value. They could not respond to basic questions on tax matters. We eventually took the decision to change accountants. Having changed accountants they committed to providing requested hand-over information. Surprise, surprise the information was never forthcoming. Very unprofessional company !
