One day I received a phone call from one of my employees telling me that our van had been smashed into by a taxi driver. Two minutes later I bumped in to Wasim at a local event and he told me all about his services.

I decided to use him to get it all done for me and I would not have much to do apart from answering questions. If the other party had not claimed against me it would have been plain sailing, this resulted in my insurance company getting involved.

Now remember I did not know this person and I was in all honesty a bit reluctant at the initial stages and he had to gain my confidence too, which was a little bit trying for him.

Wasim done his job and once we transferred the video footage to the other insurance it was all over for them and they admitted liability.

I actually received more from my van than I thought which I was very pleased with. The big kicker for me was would I get my money and I am very pleased to say the all the money has been deposited in to my account.

Wasim has also arranged for the driver and passenger to have a personal claim, I am informed that this may take a little longer.

So the big question is would I use them again or pass the name on to colleagues.......................Yes.

You are probably wondering about the 4 stars and not 5, well I have done a course on reviews and if there is a business with nothing but 5 stars people get sceptical , therefore I am going to give a 4 star review as it keeps it more real as there is a wee tiny bit of advice to Wasim when I see him next.
