I have just taken out an insurance with Leisuredays for my Park Home, as I had serious concerns with the sudden exclusions of important items from the policy renewal of my old company. I am so pleased that Leisuredays could deal with all these concerns with with great efficiency and in a very kind and understanding way, which left me feeling very relieved. No complaints, efficient phone and email service. Preferred supplier for site, so may not be the cheapest, but its a good comprehensive policy, and as the greatest risk is probably weather, a site-wide policy is easier to deal with in an emergency.

In a year we couldnt use our lodge no reduction in a year we have reduced capacity no reduction all other firms offering something then you laughable increase my premium this year saying i got a free month last year i didnt go neer my lodge for a year whoever is replying to these comments must be mentally dereanged or evil i feel ill to have got myself tied for a year with a company that is satanic i couldnt believe the comment i got back surely its a robbot that comment cant be possible

Completely money grabbers , I have been a customer for 4 years this year in revived a quote, very expensive and asked them can they do it any cheeper , to no avail
I informed them to cancel the next years insurance unless I phoned them back , 3 months later I noticed they have been stealing my money form my bank , phoned them today abs not giving a refund and even trying to charge me £30 cancel fee , avoid them plenty off better companies to go to
Also note they have no reviews on there page on page or Facebook , I wonder why

Just a response to your reply , I am still waiting for my copy off this telephone conversation, still has not been sent to me , why ? I know exactly what I told you hopefully customers will stay clear form your company and your rip off tactics and I will post on all caravan related social media sites to warn them , shame on you

Avoid at all costs. They don’t work with customers and don’t resolve any issues. All they are bothered about is taking money off you.
