We cannot speak highly enough of the care our mother received at Leominster Care Home - Bupa. From the moment she arrived the kindness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. The team truly went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, valued, and cared for — it's clear they genuinely love what they do.
The meals were absolutely fantastic, not only nutritious but they were also varied and delicious. Our mother looked forward to every mealtime and it was such a relief knowing she was getting quality food every day.
The surroundings are modern, bright, and spotlessly clean, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all residents. It feels like a true home and we were so grateful for the peace of mind it gave us, knowing she was in such a wonderful place.

Such friendly and kind staff. Always happy to help and go the extra mile. A warm and welcoming home with a super garden for Mum too. I have peace of mind knowing Mum is in a safe and caring environment.

The team that supports me every day are excellent I have only been living here for just over a year and whilst I was nervous about going into a care home at the age of 68 I can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did and wish I did it earlier. From day one I was made to feel as if I had joined a family .I love my home .

When mum first went into the home she didn’t want to go but the staff are so friendly and caring it has made her feel like a home it makes me feel happy knowing that the staff are caring and friendly I know mum s in safe hands when I’m not with her
