I have been using Let HQ for the last two years. I use them for credit referencing and the purchase of rent guarantee insurance. I have always found them to be most efficient. Their website explains everything, all the costs and the procedures, its very easy to use. Best of all it saves me time.

After wasting time with useless references provided by Openrent and QuickLister agencies I lost two lots of tenants because I coudn't assess their suitability. I decided to get LetHQ to reference applicants I found by only using advertising with I am the Agent. The references were pretty good and I am moving the tenants in this weekend. It cost £39 to reference 2 tenants whereas I am the Agent would have charged £150.
